Interim ManagerJob ID: 2392 Job Details: Job Details Pay rate dependent upon experience. 9am – 5.30pm Contracted employment East London. Job Purpose To support the team manager in the implementation of data quality, compliance and service improvement strategy and plan to support key service areas within the directorate. To coordinate, lead and provide guidance and support on the production of data quality and compliance reports for service areas and formulate a plan of action for monitoring. Ensure that practical steps are taken to address any issues. Establish clear lines of communication for support and escalation points to ensure that unresolved issues can be swiftly dealt with. To actively support the service in the review or implementation of business processes or service improvement plans to support local and statutory requirements. To work closely with the colleagues to address any issues in the handling and processing of data by staff under the Data Protection Act 1998. To form strong relationships and work collaboratively with social workers, compliance officers, team and group managers and other stakeholders to improve the quality of their data. Mobilise resources to tackle problem areas (i.e. services performing below the threshold for quality data) to undertake data cleansing, data input and validation to ensure service improvement across the department. To provide support to the team manager and undertake other duties of the team including budget monitoring, processing invoices liaising with external service providers as required.
Must have experience of using Business Object or Crystal Reports and with at least one year experience working in a Performance Management or QA role. Management skills, proactive and inovative with flexibility and flexibility to work. Good team player
