Supporting the ongoing development and deployment of the integrated Midland Trent solution.

Candidate Profile – this is a condensed version of a job description

•    Building / configuring the packaged application solution, as defined within the agreed user requirements

•    Act as the main project team liaison with the Customer Representatives,

•    Prepare deliverables to support the development and deployment of the solution such as application guides and test plans,

•    Support application and system testing and other, agreed, quality control tests and inspections.

•    Provide continuity during the transition from one stage to the next,

•    Prepare deployment and post deployment plans to support the conversion and deployment of the solution.
 
Key Role Interactions
 
Key interactions with the following roles. These interactions are guidelines only:
 
•    With Senior Management within Human Resources and Organisational Development (HR&OD) to provide feedback on issues.

•    Other members of the Project team to help plan for the implementation of functionality contained within the packaged application.

•    Liaison with the HR&OD System Manager and their team to obtain guidance and support on the implementation of specific technologies.

•    Liaison with the Head of Business Development and Information and assigned Project manager to report on the status of assigned tasks and estimates and raise problems, concerns, and scope issues for resolution.

•    With the Customer Representatives to gather application requirements, demonstrate application solutions including the Conference Room pilot, provide training, and guide testing activities.
 
Must hold current CRB
Must have experience in childrens services data and analytical role
Must have experience in Excel, business objects & swift for minumum 2 years prior.
