Principle Planning and Property Lawyer Waltham Forest

Job Details: We are looking to recruit a temporary principal planning & property lawyer to cover recruitment drag as the current post holder has left to join another authority.  It is anticipated the role will last for at least 3 months and possibly longer.
There is a team of 4 to manage and the post holder should have experience of working in a local authority dealing with planning and property matters.  He/She should be familiar with local authority practice, powers and procedures and able to attend planning committee meetings as required.
