Job Details: To assist the Applications Trainer by providing support and coaching for staff during training sessions.
To provide support and one to one coaching for staff, at their workplace, in the initial stages of go-live on the new Frameworki application.
To enable and motivate staff to become independent users of Frameworki.
To travel between two or more locations to provide support as required.
To perform simple configuration and administration tasks to ensure staff are setup correctly on Frameworki.
To assist the Applications Trainer by providing support and coaching for staff during ICS training sessions.
To provide support and coaching to staff in the initial stages of go live on the Frameworki system on a one to one basis.
To ensure staff are setup correctly to be able to use Frameworki.
To escalate issues affecting the use of Frameworki in this initial stage to the Project Manger as appropriate.
To undertake other Frameworki support tasks as appropriate.
