Job Details: To assist in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food to meet specifications as defined by the organisation.
To assist in the dining room and arranging furniture, as may be necessary, in order to ensure that the service is delivered to the standard desired.
To handle cash accurately, when required, and ensure that all monies are properly accounted for in accordance with financial procedures.
To understand, and work within, Assured Safe Catering guidelines regarding current health, safety, and food hygiene legislation and health and Safety Policy.
To assist with cleaning duties as required by the Caterer within the unit, in line with Commercial Services Assured Safe Catering policy.

Candidates must have CRB and a basic food hygiene qualification.
