To lead a team providing legal services to the Children’s Services and Adults, Health and Wellbeing Directorates ensuring that high quality legal services are delivered in a timely manner in accordance with the to service level agreement and Lexcel Standards.
To develop effective legal advice, casework and support for the Service areas which the team covers.
To achieve continual improvement in the delivery of legal services consistent with the Council’s delivery of a best value authority.
To assist with the marketing of the Team’s services with a view to expanding the work of the team to external clients.
