Job Details: My client a North London local authority has recently implemented Liquidlogic’s IAS software together with ContrOCC and SPOCC as a replacement for Swift. And we are looking for one trainer to join the team of three trainers to help with the roll out of the new software.
Primary Job Function
To co-ordinate and directly deliver IAS training courses to staff in Housing & Adult Social Services.
Duties include:
1.Train staff in the use of IAS and other web based document and workflow systems in small group based and one-to-one training sessions
2.Floor walk and ‘hand hold’ staff during implementing of the new system
3.Ability to organise, deliver and manage rolling and ad hoc IT training sessions
4.Provision of quality online, phone and site support to end users
5.Development of training material
6.Participate in the IAS project teams and support the implementation/set-up of IAS system
Skills required:
·Good knowledge of Health/Social Care IT systems and implementation especially Liquidlogic’s IAS or ICS software
·Good knowledge of Adult Social Care procedures and business processes
·Broad, confident knowledge of IT technical functions at a system level and at an end user level
·Use of Excel, Word, Adobe
·Understanding of the importance of data systems in relation to heath and social care service delivery
