The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) is to help organisations make safer recruitment decisions. The CRB has set up the disclosure service to provide criminal record checks (CRB checks) to help employers in the public, private and voluntary sectors identify candidates who may be unsuitable for certain work, especially involving contact with children or other vulnerable adults.
